Delivery & Returns
COVID-19 UPDATE - our shipping estimate from placing an order is currently still 3-5 working days. All orders are being collected by a courier and their shipping estimate from collection is currently 3 working days, although this is sometime shorter. Unfortunately I can not offer a faster shipping method at the moment or international delivery, thank you for you understanding and patience.
We aim to despatch all standard orders within 3-5 working days of you placing your order, subject to stock availability.
Custom orders will be shipped within 7 working days. We normally manage to ship well inside these timelines but if you require a quicker despatch please contact us at hello@daphnerosa.com to see what we can do.
Shipping is available worldwide and all orders are shipped by Royal Mail. Shipments within the UK are free while European and international shipments will incur an additional charge at checkout.
Orders will be shipped by First or Second Class dependant on size of package and you will have the option to upgrade at checkout for an additional charge. Please note Standard First Class and Second Class is not trackable, tracking is available as an optional upgrade at checkout. Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class the next working day from despatch and Second Class in 2-3 working days from despatch. International shipments are aimed to be delivered within 5-10 working days. These are the timelines Royal Mail aims to work to, however on rare occasions times may differ.
Please ensure your address is correct to ensure your parcel is delivered to the right address.
We aim to keep stock levels as up-to-date as possible, however, levels are subject to some fluctuation as a result of their handmade nature. If an item sells out before we update the website we will contact you as soon to discuss.
Returns
We hope you will be satisfied with your order and there will be no need to return anything, however if you are not completely happy with your product(s) please contact us at hello@daphnerosa.com within 14 days of purchase to arrange a refund.
Goods must be returned at your own cost within 14 days of contacting to allow us to proceed the refund.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds if more than 14 days have passed since placing your order.
We recommend returning your item using a recorded delivery service as items remain your responsibility until we receive them and we are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit.
